I am a solo esthetics studio centrally located in Baton Rouge at Bocage Village Courtyard in Kiki Culture Salon & Spa above Portobellos. I specialize in performing thorough consultations and complete skin analyses to achieve happy and healthy skin, curating skin care and facials for all skin types, sugar hair removal for your face and body, and professional makeup applications (beauty, fantasy, special FX), face painting and body art for any special event you need makeup for-from weddings to headshots, HOCO and costume, tailgates and family entertainment, dances and date nights-I gotcha covered! Jill highly recommends making appointments in advance and pre-booking prior to leaving your service to secure the optimal date/time that honors your schedule. SPECIAL PREBOOK/MAINTENANCE PRICING are available for select services. PRIOR TO ALL SERVICES🛑 🚫Retinols and other exfoliating products & antiaging products (AHAs, BHAs) must be discontinued a minimum of 1 week prior to your service. 🚫Botox, fillers, injectables, chemical peels and laser treatments must wait 2 weeks prior to service to avoid adverse reactions-sometimes 4 weeks if sensitivity or inflammation still exists. 🚫 NO sunbathing 1 week pre/post services 🚫 Wait 1 week after sugaring for a chemical peel and 1 month after a chemical peel to get sugared. 🛑Please manually exfoliate & hydrate your skin 2 days prior if you are a sugaring guest for optimal removal of hair. 🛑Wait 24 hours after sugaring to resume activities that make you sweat, no makeup, don’t touch the area sugared, no swimming, hot tubs or saunas, no sexual activity. Always Apply sunscreen for 2 weeks daily to avoid hyperpigmentation following any service on the face. Clean & dry is the name of the game due to pores open and susceptible to bacteria entering them. ☎️📲 Please contact Jill Chadwick prior to your visit if you have any skin condition (viral or bacterial) that has RX or OTC meds to treat. RESERVATIONS 🗓 Simply go to the “BOOK NOW” tab to reserve services. A valid credit card is required on file prior to any service. First time guests must schedule “NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION” with any first time service. Please arrive 15min early to fill out required form. APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS OUTSIDE NORMAL HOURS 📆 Please inquire if you need Saturday appointments or another time outside of normal business hours. These are based on availability and by appointment only. A non refundable, non transferable $25 booking fee or payment in full is required depending on circumstance. This is not an additional fee but goes towards your service booked. Please read and understand the cancellation policy. “Booking Fee” can be found under the service menu category: Booking Fee. SERVICE DURATION ⏳ All times noted in the menu are for your services scheduled. Please allow approximately 10-15 minutes for service prep, product selection and check out. FORMS OF PAYMENT 💵💳 major credit cards, Venmo, Gift Cards & Cash. Your credit card information is stored with full encryption. GRATUITY 🤍 Gratuity is accepted but not expected. If you are happy with the service provided, I always welcome your continued patronage, sharing and liking Fb/Instagram and leaving a review as an alternative to a monetary gratuity is so appreciated! Calls taken during a service may shorten your service time or interfere with optimal outcomes. Please use a softer voice once in the studio to avoid disruption of others services in session. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & LATE POLICIES
Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment time. (ex: You are scheduled Wednesday at 11:00AM, you must cancel BEFORE 11:00AM on Tuesday).
As a small appointment based business, this time frame allows Jill Chadwick to notify waiting list clients in a timely manner and keep the workday going smooth.
Any cancellation or reschedule made LESS THAN 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is greater.
Jill Chadwick, LLC requires a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. ALL fees must be paid prior to further booking.
If the services are part of a package or gift card, it will be considered used or the service cancelled may be charged as an individual service.
Emergencies are at the sole discretion of Jill Chadwick.
Every guest is allowed 1 “grace” cancellation.
By booking a service, you accept these terms and agree to this policy.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PERSONAL ILLNESS
Please keep in mind that if you need to cancel last minute due to personal illness, the earliest you will be allowed to reschedule is 7-10 days from the date
of your cancelled appointment.
LATE POLICY
Please notify me immediately if you are running late-I have Skin365 have an 8 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD- on the 9th minute- if you are not inside the studio you are considered a NO SHOW and will be charged.
All no calls/no shows & cancelling the same day as your appointment will be charged 100% fee of services booked. If your card on file is declined, you will be required to pay this cancellation fee before you are allowed to book again.
Any late arrival will shorten your service time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. If your apt has to be rescheduled, you will be charged 100% fee of the services booked. If your service has to be modified, you will still be charged 100% fee of the service(s) booked.
I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
